This free template puts your weekly OnlyFans numbers on one page: what came in after fees, what changed, how much time it took and what you want to do next week. You can download it from this page as a CSV for Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets or as a text file, and fill it in once a week, on your own or with your manager.

We made it for creators who already earn and want a quick overview without another dashboard.

Key takeaways

  • You fill in one page per week for each platform.
  • The template covers your money, your audience, your workload and one decision for next week.
  • Fan names, logins and payout details don’t belong in it.

What’s in the weekly numbers template?

BlockWhat you enterWhat it shows you
MoneyGross revenue, platform fee, the amount after the fee, the agency share if you have an agency, what’s left before tax and your own costs, and how refunds are treatedWhat you get to keep
AudienceNew subscribers, renewals and visits from sources you can identifyWhether growth or renewals have changed
WorkloadYour hours, open paid requests and completed actionsHow much work is behind the revenue
DecisionWhat you observed, what you think caused it, one next action, who does it and when you’ll review itWhat to do next

How do you fill in the template?

You start with the period, time zone, platform and currency, and you keep those the same every week so the numbers stay comparable. Then you copy the totals from your own statement, without fan names or individual fan data. If you don’t know a number, leave it blank, because a guess entered as 0 will mislead you a month later.

Next, you write down what you saw and, separately, what you think caused it. You finish with one next action, who’s responsible for it and a review date, and you keep a dated copy somewhere you control.

How do you work out what’s left after the fee and commission?

These figures are made up and only show the steps.

StepExample
Gross revenue$2,000
OnlyFans keeps 20%−$400
After the platform fee$1,600
Agency share of 30%, applied to the after-fee amount−$480
Left before tax and your own costs$1,120

Our own commission is 25–50% of revenue after the platform fee. You can try your own figures in the commission calculator.

Why weekly, and why only one decision?

When you look at your numbers every week, you notice changes early. Limiting yourself to one decision keeps the review short enough that you’ll stick with it. If you’re not sure what to track, our guide to the six numbers worth checking every week can help.
