Our chat team looks after creator pages around the clock, so the work runs in shifts. During a shift, you talk to fans in the creator’s voice, in the agreed language and tone. You present approved content and offers accurately and don’t promise anything outside what’s been agreed.
You also leave notes on requests, follow-ups and context, so the next shift doesn’t have to ask the same question again. Complaints and anything that needs approval go to the creator or the manager, and the feedback you get helps you improve your tone, timing and judgment.
What are we looking for in a chatter?
You write clearly and warmly, pay attention to detail and show up reliably for the shifts you’ve agreed to. You also need good judgment about boundaries and confidentiality, including when to ask for help, and you should be comfortable with digital tools and several conversations at once.
