Key takeaways
- Creators come to you for the weekly review, open questions and approvals.
- You turn the numbers into clear priorities, in plain language.
- The job is remote and part-time or full-time, and you must be 18 or older.
What does a creator account manager do?
You hold the short weekly review with each creator and follow up on what you decided together. Open requests, approvals and deadlines stay on your list until they’re closed. You also review the quality of conversations, check that each creator’s boundaries are respected and write clear reports that show what needs to happen.
With the chat team, you handle shift plans and handovers, and you pass priorities between creators, chat and marketing. In our full management, this is the personal manager role.
Who do you work with?
Creators get clear numbers, one next step and someone who answers, and they give you approvals, boundaries and feedback. The chat team gets feedback on quality from you and brings you context and open requests, while marketing brings you plans and results.
What experience do you need?
You have experience coordinating people, accounts or day-to-day processes, and you’re structured about schedules, documentation and follow-through. You’re comfortable with spreadsheets and with reading performance reports. Discretion matters just as much, along with constructive feedback and staying calm when priorities compete. You need very good English for written coordination, and we’d also like to know your German level.
Why does the weekly review stay short?
Creators are busy, so we keep the weekly review short on purpose. It covers what happened, what it means and what comes next, and you’ll do well in this role if you can say that in plain words. Our free weekly numbers template and our guide to the six numbers worth checking every week show how we think about it.
What should you know before you apply?
We work with adult creators, so you’ll handle adult content and related messages. Pay isn’t listed on this page, but we’ll talk through hours and pay before you start.
- You send the form on this page with your experience, languages and availability. Please describe teams or workflows you’ve coordinated, your tools and how you handle reporting and quality review. An anonymized report or process example is welcome if you’re allowed to share it.
- We talk through your experience and your questions, and a short practical task may follow.
- We agree on scope, working arrangements and pay before you start.

Will I talk to creators directly as an account manager?
Yes, mostly in the short weekly review and whenever something needs an answer.
Do I need to speak German for the account manager job?
No, very good English is what’s required, and German is a plus if you work with creators in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
