Marketing manager for creator pages (remote)

We’re looking for a remote marketing manager to plan and run social media for creator pages in the US and the German-speaking countries. You turn ideas into a posting plan, get the creator’s approval and work out which posts bring in fans who stay.

You can work part-time or full-time. You need very good English, and German is a plus. You must be 18 or older, because the work involves adult content.

Key takeaways

  • You plan Instagram, TikTok, Reddit and X for creators who already earn.
  • Nothing gets posted until the creator has approved it.
  • The job is remote and part-time or full-time, and you must be 18 or older.

What does the marketing manager do?

You build channel and content plans that suit the creator and the audience, and you coordinate briefs, approvals and posting schedules with the creator and the team. You look at traffic sources, engagement and conversions together, write down what you’ve tested and recommend what to do next. All of this stays within platform rules and the creator’s boundaries.

It’s the work behind our marketing management service.

What do you do on each social media channel?

On Instagram, you plan posts, stories and reels with account safety in mind, and our guide on protecting your Instagram shows how we think about that. On TikTok, you come up with short video ideas that suit the creator’s style and the platform’s rules. Reddit means posting community by community and respecting each subreddit’s own rules, while on X you keep up a steady presence with clear paths to the creator’s page.

What experience do you need?

We’re looking for hands-on experience in social media, content marketing or audience development, and you should be able to explain what a campaign was meant to do, what your part was and how it turned out. You plan, test and report in a structured way, and you have good judgment about brand fit, creator boundaries and platform requirements.

Very good English is required for briefs and coordination. German helps on our German-speaking pages, where ideas and copy need to sound local, so please tell us your level. Our guide on growing a German-speaking audience shows how we approach that market.

What should you know before you apply?

We work with adult creators, so you’ll handle adult content and related messages, and discretion and clear boundaries are part of the job. Pay isn’t listed on this page, but we’ll talk through hours and pay before you start.

  1. You send the form on this page with your experience, languages and availability.
  2. If you have a portfolio or examples, you add a link and tell us the objective, your contribution, the time period and the results for each one. Please only share what you’re allowed to share.
  3. We talk through your experience and your questions, and a short practical task may follow.
  4. We agree on scope, working arrangements and pay before you start.
